🦾 Robonomics & Moonriver are now connected cross-chain via XCM, bringing the XRT token to Moonriver for use as xcXRT & opening the door for new use cases w/ composable smart contracts!

Robonomics Network is a Kusama Parachain as well as an open-source platform for IoT apps that enables the exchange of technical & economic info in the form of atomic transactions between user apps, IoT services, & robotics. In addition to token transfers, this integration will allow Robonomics to tap into Moonbeam's XCM-to-EVM technology, which will enable IoT devices & applications to remotely call smart contracts on Moonriver w/ the native security of Kusama, through XCM.

Moonbeam's XCM-to-EVM functionality is currently live on Moonbase Alpha, and through community vote, will become available on Moonbeam & Moonriver, as well.
